Can anyone give me an approx price for all taxi options, Uber, regular taxis

Easy to check using your smart phone -- Go to Uber or Lyft and put in start - Port Everglades and Destination MIA.   Always a good idea to check both as prices are not always the same

Take Uber or Lyft.  So much easier and cheaper. Plus more comfortable I think.

Based upon past experience and reports on this board, expect to pay $35+ for UberX or standard Lyft, and $70+ for a t taxi - same fare for standard cabs or SUV/minivan cabs.
