i hope not, after bk private investors will come in, easy peasy quick and easy EPQE.  Folks we aint talking about saving an electric company here.

Hmmm.  I'll just leave this right here and as I said my DH and I will get nothing, our oldest son gets nothing and our youngest and his wife will get a little because we all have incomes way above the minimums.  We live in a high cost area and they NEVER figure in that into the equations.
