Looking at our upcoming cruises, all details of this cruise have gone completely. Cruise Booking Number search shows nothing. The cruise is still listed. Is this just a system glitch. This cancellation is very painful to us as we were looking forward to reconnecting with small boat vendors that we have formed friendships with through our many repeated visits to Alaska. Fortunately, we were able to rebook the same cruise for May 2021. We are keeping our fingers crossed that our August Alaska cruise will be a "go." I cancelled our May 17th Alaska cruise today and within an hour, the booking had disappeared from the Princess website. It still shows the cruise as being available though. Obviously, no refunds yet and I was told it would take 90 days (even though the Princess site says 60) and the FCC would take 30 days. dag144 Posted March 21, 2020 #18 Share Posted March 21, 2020 If Princess is processing refunds and credits at their California headquarters, things will be a lot slower due to the workplace restrictions put in place by the Governor.
