Wonderland is a nice experience Michelle.

All the dining venues on all the various ships mentioned on here and it's the first time I've seen this one. I'm intrigued Graham. Could you tell me some more about it?

It is based on an Alice in Wonderland experience.

It is a one time unique dining experience on the ship.

We dined here on Harmony and Anthem of the seas.

You are given a paint brush and glass of water and when you brush water on the blank menu the menu appears.

Now that is something that we would certainly love to try.

Thank you Graham.

Michelle, do make sure that you have an authorisation letter signed by both parents, granting their permission for you to take the children on holiday.

I thought about that his morning but thanks for reminding me

Now trying to check about the Retreat with PO cruises. It has taken me an age to manage to navigate the telephone enquiries system so that I can be put through to a human being not an automated system. Blood pressure already rising and I haven't even mentioned the issues we are having yet ....

Megabear, have you got that e-mail address again for me to contact P&O? I can't find your post, sorry, as I know that you have given it to me before.

Not sure if I want to spend 45 minutes of my life and holiday sitting waiting to be spoken to and wish they had the queuing system they have for our GP where it tells you what number in the queue you are.

I'm sure it used to be easier than this .....

Just received a phone call reporting to be Sky Technical Support and my broadband is being used by unauthorised, they can fix it. Asked my daughter, who had answered the phone, if she was by the router? Yes, she replied but were not with Sky! Needless to say the phone went down quickly!

I try not to answer any numbers I don't recognise and check them out on the "Who Called Me "

website . 99% of the time they are dodgey and have rang other people.

It can be annoying when your expecting calls from the NHS as you answer them ,just in case

it's a specialist phoning .

With things like my broadband we have an agreed password ,if they don't give it that is the

end of the call.

Some people will tell you they answer and play about with them . They don't mind as they

sell you on to others as a person that does answer the phone .

Be careful if it was anybody legit they would post you a letter like NHS anyway .

Stay safe 🙂

Well just spoke to a lovely young lady who got the full force of my frustrations .... I was of course polite and apologised for being negative.

Updates Britannia and will put this somewhere else if needs be

The Retreat Megabear - IT issues being resolved so keep checking as they are working on pre booking

At the moment only one cruise they have been allowed to book select dining before they go. No plans at the moment, but it is being reviewed and will be released 14 days before.

Basically, though it says coming soon it probably isn't like in May when it changed from coming soon to enquire onboard. Couldn't answer when I said they had sold me a holiday saying I can book select and the phone message I have listened to for 60 minutes says I can.

She thought it was all working well on Arvia and Iona and no one is complaining on the other ships. Told her it wasn't a fact. Just kept mentioning Arvia and Iona and I said I didn't care about them at the moment as we were booked on Britannia.

Feel very let down by P&O to be honest.

Molechip, keep asking what is going on with the freedom dining, but you may not be able to say.

Oh well -

If you've got the will to live send the details of it all to this email.  Emphasise you want a reply from the Executive Office not it pushed back to "normal" customer service who have to date given yourself and others three different versions - I will do the same.

The only phone number I give is my mobile.

Only my late mam's sister rings our landline so I let the phone ring out and ring 1471 for the number and if it is my favourite auntie we will ring her back on our mobile.

On one occasion I answered and it was spam so I  blew on my whistle next to the phone and those calls are very rare now.

We arrived in Liverpool this morning to a nice sunny day, we were off the ship straight into minibus to carpark where our luggage waiting. We set off from Liverpool at 09:00 and were home 10:45 with a pit stop at Aldi, I think that must be a new record for us. Another great cruise.

The weather is nice at home and Mrs YP has her first load of washing on the line.

I do check "Who Called Me" and leave a comment. My daughter answered and didn't realise it was a scam call until she was asked if she was by the router, when she realised we weren't with sky.

We had that one about a year, or so ago. This is BT Internet  there is unauthorised use of your broadband .....BT don't do Broadband.....BT are responsible for all.......No, open reach do broadband, you need to update your script....the phone went down.

Hi Michelle. I got caught out with this when I took my girls on MSC. My daughter had given a letter of permission which I showed but MSC wanted one from their dad as well. Fortunately it was a Saturday and dad was at home so we managed to get in touch with him and he did his permission by email. I suppose it's a safeguarding issue and covers children who's parents have joint custody and quite right too. Although my family are not in that situation thank goodness, it didn't occur that we'd need two permissions. Jane xxx

Letby sentenced Whole Life term.

Rot in hell.

Nothing less, within the law, would have done. She should have been dragged kicking and screaming to hear her sentence and the Impact Statements. She's an evil aberration. Rot in hell indeed.

As both a parent and NHS staff with 20 years service (and I do see it very much as serving the public) this is the first time I’ve ever been ashamed to work in the NHS.

As a service we have let the families down in the worst imaginable way and things have to change in the most radical way. There can no longer be a culture of personal/organisational reputation above doing what’s right.
