I had a day of a runny nose, thick head and feeling washed out but that quickly subsided and now I just have a cough now and again. We’re out on an excursion today in Halifax including the Titanic Cemetery but there are 2 other cruise ships in so I hope that it can be reasonably quiet and respectful there. I’m in isolation now Not sure yet how long for think I am going to miss New York

DH has his booked for on 7th just for Covid, he doesn't want 2 aching arms at the same time.

My personal preference is not to have them at the same time.

Rare Eglesbrech Posted 6 hours ago #62410 Share Posted 6 hours ago Just been watching the biopic for Kris Kristopheson on the news. One of the first guitar songs I ever learned was Bobby McGee, I also have the original lurid green coulored “ever green” albums in the attic. Too many people from my era dying off. I feel old!

I'm on day 3 of chesty/wheezy cough, but otherwise feel okay although I am still wearing a mask around the ship. Sorry to hear that you might miss New York and really hope that you will be 'released' very soon.

I had a text asking me make an appointment for both the flu and covid vaccinations two weeks ago on Saturdays starting this weekend, so I've booked mine for this weekend as I will be home by then. OH hasn't received his invite yet, unless it's arrived while we're here.

Although a solo cruiser one of my wider group has a low immune system so I tested as soon as I felt poorly I have been told unofficially that there is believed to be a lot of Covid on the ship but most don’t test The nurse was supposed to call me again this afternoon but hasn’t so far. I want to find out how long I will be isolating and what happens re the US immigration am about to call room service as I can get a meal from the dining room delivered
