As of today, no refund received. Carnival advised up to 90 days. Curious if anyone has waited this long, or if refunds are rolling out. Thanks! The Critical Cruiser Posted April 21, 2020 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2020 I cancelled on April 1st with Carnival, then they cancelled my cruise, allowing me to get a 100% refund. I was told (like most people) "it will take a while", and "it may take up to 90 days, because people are working from home." I'll be calling next week when it hits the 30 day mark for an "update." March 16 my TA notified Celebrity that I wished a refund, not an FCC. They said 7-10 business days. On 4/3 Celebrity notified me that my pre-purchased internet was being refunded and might take two billing cycles... Today I received an email from AMEX for the cost of the Aqua class upgrade. So in that arena there is slow progress. Not heard from Carnival about the refund I requested for the cruise that was sailing in June but canceled 4/1. We canceled our May 22 HAL cruise on March 18...no refund yet. But I canceled a few excursions, drink package, etc a couple of day before that, and those credited back immediately.
