lesliekamm Posted April 25, 2020 #1 Share Posted April 25, 2020 Booked on the Freedom of the Seas on Oct 4. Does anyone know if it will be a Halloween cruise or it too early in the month?

taglovestocruise Posted April 26, 2020 #6 Share Posted April 26, 2020 Have been on several Halloween cruises. Decorations come out maybe two days early and are taken away the following day. Haunted House and Trick or Treaters being taken around by staff are only on Halloween night.
SummerBeee Posted April 26, 2020 #7 Share Posted April 26, 2020 Sailed on Majesty last year over Halloween. Nothing on the 30th, but woke to decorations on the 31st with several Halloween themed activities
heatherb1958 Posted April 26, 2020 #8 Share Posted April 26, 2020 Way too early on the 4th, decorations go up earliest on 30th October and more often than not the morning of the 31st. One thing for sure they are gone by morning of 1st November .
Rare little britain Posted April 26, 2020 #9 Share Posted April 26, 2020 (edited) Hallowe’en (note the apostrophe as it is All Hallows’ Eve) is October 31st. It is a one night “event”, preceding All Saints Day on November 1st. Edited April 26, 2020 by little britain
HBE4 Posted April 26, 2020 #10 Share Posted April 26, 2020 My neighborhood, Halloween decorations go up starting late September, about a month after Halloween candy appears in the stores. During the entire month of October, there are all sorts of Halloween festivities, kid parades, haunted houses & mazes for adults. Pretty soon it will rival Christmas as a 2 month long holiday. A cruise ship operates completely different to a neighbourhood , thank goodness . I hate hearing Christmas songs in September !!! 😆 😆.
