Self service laundromat on Jade?

I was reading from a list of extras that the Jade includes and it mentioned a self service laundromat.  Is this correct?  🤞

No.   NCL ships do not have self-service laundromats.

No self service laundry. Some rooms offer a free bag of laundry sent to the ship’s laundry. There will also be a fill-a-bag for $20 half way through the cruise (one bag).

The Jewel class ships had self-service laudromats when they were initially launched. They were removed about a decade ago. Perhaps you are reading a quite old document?

Carnival and Princess have self-serve laundry facilities but none of the NCL ships do.  I wish they did as we prefer to pack very light.

For small items-  hand wash with Zote soap.  Superb product.  !

I guess I’ll be hand washing (not fond of ship’s laundry) Never heard of Zote soap.  Where do you find that?

No need to bring anything extra. The shampoo or shower gel works fine.

Yes, I've found shampoo to be fine too for hand washing.  For laundering with machines while traveling I use "WashEZE".  They are fabric-like solid sheets containing both detergent and fabric softener.  Weighs nothing and not an issue if you travel carry-on only because its not liquid.  Amazon sells them.

Check your ports to see if there are any affordable laundromat options, some cater to cruise ships and offer a cheap wash dry and fold service.
