Rare C-Dragons Posted July 24, 2020 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2020 (edited) Thanks for posting. I anticipated the requirement for masks and already have several special ones standing by for our next cruise. If it sails. I'm getting a cramps from crossing my fingers! 😁 Edited July 24, 2020 by C-Dragons

As long as they can sail anywhere else they should. I prefer they survive as good as can so we can keep cruising with them...

TeeRick Posted July 27, 2020 #7 Share Posted July 27, 2020 I found this video of Richard Fain to be honest and frank. Not full of hype or false hope. Congrats to him. It seems that Americans will not be cruising from American ports on RCG ships any time soon from his perspective. But RCG ships from EU and other worldwide ports perhaps will cruise soon within limits. And unfortunately Americans due to other international travel restrictions will miss out on those. As an American I feel the disappointment along with him. I did find it funny when he stated that face coverings are a "Royal" pain. 😀 But he definitely supports their use 100%.
dandee2 Posted July 27, 2020 #8 Share Posted July 27, 2020 IMHO cruise will not be the problem for cruise duration of 7-days or less. You get on a ship after being checked and all OK. The problem lies in what happen between day 1 and day 7. You may be contaminated ashore during those days but will not show any symptom before going home. Then it hits you. On a 10-14 day cruise, I would worry.
