Pretty close enough.

It's the Anderton Lift, built in 1875 linking the Weaver (river) Navigation to the Trent Mersey canal in Cheshire. It is a 50' lift restored and reopened in 2002 using government lotteries grants after being closed in 1983.

Thanks. I had to go out myself and didn't expect and answer so quick without a hint.

Here's a, possibly, easy one closer to home.
