Yes, it's Mt Solaro, Anacapri - if you zoom in and look carefully, you can see the road up there, overhanging the cliff side - scary! We had trouble finding the statue, we'd seen it in brochures and try to get our own photo of what the professionals take, we'd just about given up then spotted it a bit tucked away.

I had automatically assumed it was Tiberius, as he ruled from Capri.  A quick google revealed it was Augustus.  Tiberius had wives hurled from the cliffs when he tired of them.  We have been to beautiful Capri many times.
