Question:  Currently booked in a Junior Suite on Allure for April 2021, see a ultra spacious ocean view w/ large balcony has become available.  I would prefer this cabin b/c of the bunk beds for my kids....can i change w/o a penalty?  Booked with a NRD.  Thanks! BTW - price is $700 lower than the JS.

We did for our 12/4 cruise. We downgraded it to the lowest possible cabin speculating that the cruise is going to get canceled anyway and wanting to put as much money in our pocket as soon as possible. No penalties. We had the difference refunded to us in about a week.
