Vaccine

Since no one, at this time, requires proof of vaccination, the method for requiring such proof has not yet been specified.  Give it a while for the bureaucracy to catch up. In the meantime if you have a WHO/CDC Immunization record,  you could being it wuth you to have it filled out when you get your shots. I believe everyone is currently getting a card with spaces for the date, vaccine, and dose, and serves as a reminder for the second dose.

Certainly in UK, although I cannot show a screen shot of one as I’m not lucky enough to have been called for my first shot yet.
I’m hoping that when the Oxford Zeneca vaccine is approved in the next week or so, the rate that vaccines will be administered will be speeded up.
