Ascent was not a registered name when this discussion came up before here a year or so back so Celebrity must have added it since then which makes me think that it would have the edge (no pun intended) on being a future ship name. 

 

It looks like Ascent was originally filed in Jan 2019. Luxe, Elegance, Pinnacle and Opus were in July 2018 but Opus has been allowed to expire, the other three and Ascent have been kept active.

Good. Opus was an awful name for a ship.

At first I thought this was a philosophy or religious question: What comes after Beyond???  Ahhhh, Nothing?? Wings, Halos, Harps? Oh, the ship name......neither of those would work I guess. 

 

As to the E-Class. Love it. And considering the bookings, I wont be alone.

If they were going to name Ship #3 Beyond.  Ship #1 and #2 should be called Bed, Bath.
