Princess Players Club

Wanted to reach out to anyone who has had a comped stateroom through Princess Players Club.  I just booked a cruise on Enchanted for 2022.

Trying to talk to some one and have been on hold forever. Sent email and no response.  Are the drinks no charge as long as you are playing in the casino.  Are there any other perks.

Thanking you in advance for your help

To actually speak to someone you need to call as soon as the phone lines open.

We have waited hours on hold.

The perks vary based on offer, we have had comped only casino drinks and upgraded the sailing with the BSE PKG.

Each offer differs for each person though so I would double check.

Usually includes free play

can also include

Comped specialty dinning

Often the details are included in small print after you book on the booking email.

Not sure which offer you booked---We have booked over a dozen--Each comes with different perks. Most include a free stateroom as starters- Inside, Balcony-Mini suite are all ones we have used. Then the perks. Early offers included drink packages, while some "VIP" offers came with drinks in the casino but no package. The three last offers have not included much beyond the rooms and in talking with various "Casino" reps over the last couple of weeks I am finding they are not transferring Casino Credit either. Spent an hour waiting yesterday and then got Connie; She spent the better part of another hour trying get ours fixed. She told me that I was one of her shorter conversations--That many had taken 90 minutes. She suggested waiting until next week and then calling when they opened.

I asked to be transferred to the Player’s Club while talking to another department at 2 p.m. EST yesterday.  I was told they are not accepting calls because they are busy.

You have to call when they first open otherwise you end up waiting  on hold or being told to send an email that may or may not get answered.

I think part of the problem with the long hold times is the amount of offers they are sending out.  I have received more offers in the last couple months then ever before and I'm not much of a gambler.

Yes, I sent the email 🙄. No answer so far, but it has just been a day.

I have a travel agent, get casino discount, perks through her.  When she signs on to book for me, she can see what offers are out there.  I lost patience with calling them, plus my TA has a $100. deposit if I don't have any FCC left.  I was able to get casino discounts for Cali Coastal cruises April 2022 plus 8 day NZ in April 2023.  I've ignored casino offers in the past, surprised they applied to these cruises.  I got a hefty discount on each cruise (nice when you sail single) plus casino cash.

Getting a casino discount is different that a Comped casino cruise.  I get the casino discount on pretty much every cruise but I also have 2 free cruises coming up.  Well free once you pay fees & taxes, insurance and the plus package.

also, people who have not got the offers in email are calling and asking for casino rates.
they are busy.
easy to log in to personalizer, click on email, do mock booking , at payment step a box with casino discount shows up. This is not the comp rate
