Not on this class of ships.

They do on Oasis class ships and I think Quantum(?).

Thanks! I think you are right - forgot it was on Harmony that I got it last.

Yes. Sorry. That’s right. The Bird’s brain doesn’t always remember things correctly. Anthem was a la carte

No need to be sorry,  you are providing us with a wealth of information.  As I said, I have a greater fondness for burgers than I should and thought I could be helpful.

BTW,  how did you come up with with pictures of the Anthem's Johnny Rockets to post while you are in the middle of the ocean on the Adventure?

For those people that are thinking of bringing home onboard-purchased alcohol how will you do it? The Bahamian website said 2 liters are duty-free, but one of the bottles has to be from a local bottler. Is direct shipping to your home city an option onboard?

Quantum class JR (where applicable) is ala carte, not a fixed cover charge.  And there's also sit down, not just takeout.

For lack of a better term I used take out. Oasis class has an actual restaurant from what  I understand.

I could be wrong on this but I assume they are referring to bottles purchased in the Bahamas. The ship's duty free is that duty free. When I bought a bottle of Blanton's on Harmony a couple of years ago. I purchased from the ship's store, they held the bottle till the last night of my cruise. I packed it in my suitcase and brought it home. Very easy.

Not clear what the process will be. For those of us in the Adventure, we will be disembarking in Nassau. I assume that there may be a customs check (just like when disembark at a US port).

Then we will have to clear Bahamas immigrations as we leave the Bahamas at Nassau airport (we have some sort of departure card in our passport that was attached to the aerials card we got coming in). Then we will have to clear US immigrations and customs at Nassau airport (vs when we land in US).

We’ll see how it actually works.

A few pages back, there was a question about tea selection.

Thanks, Bird! Looks like I may be packing some Twinings for use on the deck and in the stateroom.

Uh, she's a Bird and birds can fly.  😀

She did a supersonic flight to Chania to snap the pictures.

The Bird has Live Posted from many ships. And the Bird has been to JR on the Anthem and Harmony mentioned in questions/ comments on this thread.

Traveling with kiddos can be exhausting. And sometimes mommy and daddy need some alone time. As soon as you embark, make sure to register your kiddos with the Adventure Ocean club. And make sure that the kiddos attend the first night so they can make friends with the other kids on the ship.

So,,, with low passenger count, very little kiddo account, and Covid restrictions, the kids club is basically “winging it”. They have themes for the day but no agenda of activities.

The Bird has flown on the Concord before, but today is traveling at a leisurely 17 knot in the Straits of Florida.
