I can't even log onto it to put my name or address in the area where it's needed. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, what did you do to make it work? It would be helpful if you could provide a bit more information because what you've provided is somewhat sketchy. How are you logging in? Using your web site userid and password? Using your booking number (which asks for additional info)? If you cannot login, how do you know your bookings have been taken? I had a "This booking has already been claimed" issue for my 10 bookings; I emailed AskOceanMedallion and got resolution in a couple of days. Peckishpixie Posted July 10, 2021 #8 Share Posted July 10, 2021 This is a known issue on some reservations and Princess has a patch coming in August to fix it. If you are traveling before Sept. 1 you should message princess (click on chat at the bottom of the page on Princess.com) and they can fix it for you. A giant business error. Absolutely correct ! I cannot fathom (a) Why they would want to force people to use Medallion App and (b) Why they would not allow both methods for a trial period. I suspect that the data is kept on a different server and they did not want to maintain two data sets. So they need to transfer existing data to new system. So we canceled the first one and now only have 1 booked. However, medallion still shows 14 days starting on the 1st, now canceled cruise date.
