Suite! <- (accomodation pun fully intended). Your suite is larger than some apartment's I've rented in the past. Nice! Did you have a "gift" waiting for you in your suite from you know who (RP)?

Yes! So sweet!!

O.k, I feel obligated to contribute to the picture porn. Here are a few I have taken so far;

Now only steps away from the inaugural (you know what) cruise. Here's Adventure OTS's " nose" (bow for you salty sailors, like me);

Looking aft down her starboard side, with her name clearly visible;

Here are my first sights when I first got onboard (deck 5. Looking forward at the elevators, decks & looking aft down the Royal Promenade);

My spacious balcony stateroom  (more than enough space for just me. Guess that's why they call it " spacious"). It's located on deck 9, port side aft (just around the corner from @HBCcruiser. There goes her neighborhood with me moving in);

Here's my balcony (I don't have a shuffleboard court & full basketball like @HBCcruiserdoes. 😉

And finally, a view of Paridise Island from my balcony;

Hey @HBCcruiser& @Akina13, I went on the Royal app and apparently it's $1.99 per day to use chat (access to the app itself might still be free). Before I "pull the trigger" and buy the chat, I wanted to be sure you guys were going to buy it also. I don't want to spend the enormous amount of $14 (you have to buy it for the entire cruise) and end up just chatting with myself (I talk to myself enough already, lol 😉). What say ye?

Sorry no. Email is free

I heard 1,100. I tell you what, it's already nice. The Royal Promenade had some people but definitely not crowded, at all. LOTS of space.

Wow!  That is amazing. I thought it might have been bummed up in the last few weeks.  No doubt we will all get spoiled with such low capacity.  Looks like less availability in “included” dining available with Windjammer only open for lunch but I don’t need to be having 24 hr access to food.  Lol.  Thanks for such a quick response and enjoy your open spaces!

Muster competed, as well. I really miss the days in PortMiami when it was close to 100 degrees with 100% humidity and you'd get to put your big ol' bulky (& hot) life vest on and go stand next to your lifeboat in the heat & humidity with 60 or so of your new closest (elbow to elbow) best friends for what seemed like well over an hour. What happened to those fun-filled days? 😋

Last one I did Fall 2019 was 30's and Raining Sideways, Cold, Wet. So hard against my Balcony door by time we sailed leaked and was wet 5ft into my Cabin Carpet was soaked. Took 2 days of 12 niter using Blowing Dryers but did get a Free Cruise out of it

I see in the Compass no masks needed aboard for vaccinated people. That is great. RCI better get its act together on Freedom and its future U.S. sailings.

I also see there is still no dinner in rhe Windjammer. That is something else that RCI better get its act together on soon.

I agree with you totally. We are getting to cruise under extraordinary circumstances with such reduced capacity. We need to savor every moment & every bit of it!

Yeah, I think I could put up with a couple days of wet carpet for a free cruise. Congrats.

Awesome balcony. Interesting to that there are some dividers on Adventure that look like they can open and not just solid walls.

Wow that looks suprisingly wide for a Jr suite.  are those 11th deck JS's a different layout than is typical?

Just want to say it is so cool to “join” all of you on your cruise. It feels normal again, but I am beyond jealous. I hope everyone has an awesome time, & thanks to all for bringing us along!

keep those photos coming!

Thanks. I'll keep any e-mails from me to a minimum. I fully understand wanting to disconnect. I have a reservation at Chops, as well (7:30 pm). Maybe we'll see each other at the Duck &  Dog pub later. Oh, I also have a reservation for a comedy show in the Lyric Theater at 10:15 pm (Al Romas).

Once on Adventure with my wife's parents our rooms were adjoining but not connected and our cabin steward open the balcony divider for us.
