So not everything is perfect.  Here are my beefs:

 

Internet is awful.  Keep getting kicked off.  Not worth it unless you have a real need.

 

Your Time Dining is a bit of a letdown.  They push you to check in on the app.  When the dining room is half empty, why do I need to do that?  Service has been spotty to good.  They assign couples to two tops, which are too small and close together.


it was a big mistake to take the bar out of the casino.  Good luck ever getting a drink.  I sometimes just walk over to the Skybox bar.  But if you only get free drinks in the casino, you might need to pick a different ship.  And yes, I tip a dollar per drink.  The casino is slammed, as this is a Premier cruise, and while smoke isn’t as bad as usual, it is not a huge improvement.

 They have a few Bingo games.  One was for $600 and one was a free cruise.  I didn’t play either.

 

no idea about the other games but they are running up to five trivia games per day. Crazy but it is always packed.

I'm surprised you don't like that feature. This way you can do it whenever and wherever you are

I think the point was why push you to use the app if standing in front of the half-empty dining room?

 

"Hello, I'd like a table for two."

 

"Please use the app to request a YTD slot."

 

"But you have 30 empty tables _right there_.  Can't you just seat us?"

 

"Please use the app.  You will be assimilated.  Resistance is futile."

Exactly.  The point is they want you to have your phone on you at all times.  Seems silly when you are on vacation.  But we just switched to all specialty restaurants after the third day.  Hey, maybe their plan is working.

So our last sea day is here.  Not really sad as it has been a wonderful cruise and we are thrilled to have been able to cruise.  The staff and crew have been very friendly and quite a few actually thanked us for cruising.  Some of our favorite crew are cabin stewards Ashi and Joyce, Havana servers Andrea and Made, and lifeguards Christian and R.D.  Donkey, the cruise director is very high energy and we have enjoyed Joe and Jersey Mike, the comedy club hosts.

Lol that's my plan. Hahaha. All speciality restaurants.. one time and done I hope. I too dont want to have to do the app all the time.

We haven’t heard or seen anything.  Everything is still self serve for Lido, including ice cream.  Crew wears masks indoors.  Some on the outside decks do not.

Love it.  Going back to Ji Ji’s Asian Kitchen tonight.  Loved the steak house and the Italian restaurant as well.  I started my day with my favorite breakfast drink.

Is that a bloody Mary I see? I will alternate them and coffee in the am. Depending on my mood. Sure looks good. I think I got 45 days to wait.

 

I cant wait for JiJis. I am so so on steak and dont eat italian so looks like quite a few nights at JiJis lol. Glad you enjoyed it. Have you tried the lobster rolls at sea shack. Was there a lot of lobster, enough for a meal? $13 or $15 I forget. .. but it's on my list. Did you try the pork belly appetizer at JiJis?  Was it cooked how you like.

What package did you get because we haven't had any issues on premium watching YouTube videos or video chatting.

We did the middle one.  Not interested in streaming.  I finally figured out to keep my iPad connected and log in as my husband on my phone. But still get kicked off WiFi pretty regularly.  Just have to go into settings and select horizon WiFi.
