Celebrity Edge Bump-Out Cabins Question

Do the end cabins on the bump out section on the Edge (e.g. cabins 8239, 8230, 8253, 8244) have views from the sides as well. Since all these are end cabins on the bump out section of the ship, on the deck plans they SEEM to have a side view in addition to the front view. Is that assumption true/correct?

I don’t think there is a window on the side.    We had friends stay in one of those on deck 9 and zi think if they had a window on the side they would have mentioned it.

The only cabins with the side windows are the end S3’s that are between the Magic Carpet rails. The windows are on the balcony and face either forward or aft depending on which end the cabin is located.

Here’s a photo of an S3 balcony. The cabins on the end do have an obstruction, but the window is added to increase the view. The balcony is also deeper and a little narrower than than the S2 and S1 on the sides of the ship.

The s3 balcony is 100+ SF.  I stayed in a forward facing and loved it.

The cabin numbers provided are not suite cabins, so no, they do not have a view out of the side of the balcony. When you are in the cabin there is virtually no way to tell a difference from that one opposed to one that had cabins flush on either side.

If you look at the EDGE or APEX layout, look for the 4 S3 balcony cabins on each deck between the Magic Carpet track.  One has a forward view, which I had and loved, on the other end it has the aft view, which is the one in the picture.

so you can see through one side of the sky suite bump out.

you cant see through the side of the veranda bump outs. 😞

No, they just have a wall with no window.
