Cruise Planner Down?

I’m trying to book some excursions, but the “Plan My Cruise” button is grayed out. It’s like this for me on multiple devices, and multiple browsers.

 

Anyone else having trouble?

Working fine for me.  You might have to call and have Royal book for you.

It’s been glitchy lately. Sometimes you can refresh the page and it will come back up.

Same here -- greyed out buttons. The IT problems with Royal never end. IT's quite frankly disheartening how brittle and poor their IT infrastructure is. For a multi-billion dollar company, in this day and age there's no excuse their backend systems to be so terrible (and not just their website but their finance, payment and booking systems).

My button is grayed out as well, but have been able to access the cruise planner through Royal Caribbean’s homepage by using the drop down list, selecting Manage My Cruise, then Cruise Planner, and then signing in.

I'm on the phone with Royal now. The rep mentioned that Firefox is the recommended browser. However, he acknowledged this appeared to be a widespread issue.

The "new" cruise planner is down. The "old" cruise planner is up. At least for me and my bookings.

Clear cookies, cache and history and try again.

Must be that "great" sale that stated yesterday. Mine is  down also.

You may want to check again!  Mine was down (grayed out) earlier, but it’s back to normal and working fine now.

I had trouble yesterday and went to a recent email RCI sent me about "specials" on the cruise planner.  I think it was the one about internet.  Anyway, I clicked the link in the email and went straight to my cruise planner without even having to sign in.  Try that the next time you get a glitch by trying to get the cruise planner from the RCI home page.
