Not one person had a positive test of all those she came into contact with. (8 persons total) And everyone was tested 4-5 days after her positive so that was the proper window to wait. Earlier than all these strict protocols, didn't they test again after a positive, and when a negative test then followed, give the ok deciding that the positive was a false positive? I remember once going to a blood drive. It was a hot summer day and I walked there (about 1 1/2 miles). They took my temperature, and it was too high. Instead of being summarily rejected, I was told to sit down awhile and given some cold orange juice to drink. After a period of time had passed, my temperature was taken again, and I passed. I was then allowed to donate blood. And I don't think you can accuse the Red Cross of not being careful when conducting blood drives. But they were NOT arbitrary like Carnival seems to be not taking the whole context of what occurred into their decision making.
