That's why I have multiple upcoming Allure cruises.  Her refurb was cancelled during the pandemic, so no Abyss and the Diamond Lounge on 11 remains (for now) 😊

Yes, I've known Wanpen since Oasis first came to PC. 

 

But Bobbie from Jamaica did a fabulous job.

Dinner - Crisis diverted.

 

So, as I said earlier, Laura got us moved to first searing MDR. Now I called after lunch to verify the change. That's how I knew it was table 266,  and I verified deck 3.

 

Sometime in the afternoon, we had these stuck in our cabin key slots.

 

Oops, were on deck 4, the unvaccinated deck, or so we think. That's how it's listed in Compass.

 

I called got no answer, so we head to dinner expecting to be surrounded by unvaccinated children. But it was not to be.😁

 

First off, part of deck 4 is vaccinated. Just not clear on the compass. Secondly, we were supposed to be on 3. Dining staff screwed up with the card. Good idea, poorly executed.

 

Truth be told, if they hadn't put these cards in our doors, there would not have been a pre dinner issue.

Night 2 dinner

 

Dinner was ok, I tried the pumpkin soup. Very tasty.

 

Calamari good as well

 

Baramundi was just ok

 

Also had the apple blossom pie.

Y'all know what that looks like😉

 

Laura had the salmon, didn't like it. She went for pizza while I was at massage.

 

Oh, and hears the appetizers from Pinnacle Lounge tonight. I stayed away. Trying to cut back

@molly361 bar seating is alive and well in Bolero's and the pub. Not at On Air.  Have not verified Champagne Bar or Schooner.

 

Pretty sure it was allowed at Sabor Tequila bar, not sure about Trellis Bar

Hey John. Thought I would stop over.  Like you mentioned earlier, it's hard to keep up.  I just noticed we (Symphony) have the same itinerary as y'all.  We are being hit by the storms too.  We were supposed to be watching Hiro tonight but the weather canceled it.  Deck 16 and 17 closed. Hope you are enjoying the cruise.  I will need to enjoy your cruise thread next week.  Lots to do.

Warning!!! If you leave this thread for even a short length of time, be prepared to spend lots of time catching up when you return.  I left for a few hours and when I got back I had 8 pages to read and catch up. Every time I finished a page a new one popped up!

Thank you I thought I was losing it and second guessing I saw midnight close. Yes it would be far too early at midnight.
