Ships registry has no bearing on this issue. This is a “cruise discriminatory” policy. Airlines do the same thing, and no one even bats an eye, regardless of where the airline is incorporated. Even if they did decide this, they would have to have a viable replacement which would probably take a few years to create and cost millions.
