Does anyone have the concierge email for the Navigator?

If you are in Grand Suite or above s/he will email you about a week before the cruise. It doesn't really do any good to email them earlier, because they are busy with current passengers. 

 

If you haven't heard from the concierge within a week prior, then you could. :classic_smile:

Ok thanks. Today is one week before our short little 3-day (Feb 18). If I do not hear by Sunday I will email. Last time we cruised with Royal the concierge's email did not go through to us (On the AOS). She was not sure what happened but it happened to others as well.
