Players Club Casino Rate booking question

Question for the casino folks out there. We have previously booked and sailed with a  discounted  casino rate and received casino OBC using a PVP. Looking to book another for next year.  Can a cruise booked at a casino rate with casino OBC applied be transferred to a TA (within the 60 day window of course) while keeping the rate and OBC intact?  Second question, if both my husband and myself have casino OBC available on our account can both be applied to the same cruise?  Thanks!

you would have to call the casino department to ask about transfering to TA, but I do not think you can, because the casino is your booking agency.  Plus any changes to your acct has to go through them or it can cancel the cruise/booking.

Yes, both you and husband can have the casino OBC applied to the same cruise.  Both my husband and I get offers and we apply both offers for the same cabin/cruise

I have transferred a cruise with a casino discount to my TA after booking direct.  I have also booked cruises on the ship and the Future Cruise Consultant has automatically assigned it to my TA.  As long as they don't involve a free cabin AND it's done within the prescribed timeframe AND isn't paid in full, you should be able to fill out the form and transfer the booking to the TA.

I am thinking these rules you state might apply to a landbased casino offer, which we have also used (on a different line) and we could not touch it, we had to call the Casino dept.  This is a Princess Players Club rate, though. In the past managed by our PVP.

Thanks, not a free cabin, although that sure would be nice!

I book thru Princess with a casino discount and then often exchange to a TA.  No problem.

There is a difference between getting a casino discount and a free casino cruise.  My TA gets me the casino discount, no need to transfer.  When I get a free cruise, I have to go thru the casino.  Just to clarify.

We are cruising Wednesday on the Grand.  It is through the Casino and we got a Balcony, Princess Plus and 250.00 casino credit and 150.00 Onboard credit. All we had to pay was Taxes and port charges (130.00).  We get similar offers at least 2-3 times a week.  And, no, we don't play that much.  We play what we would if we were paying for the cruise or not.  We've been pretty lucky on several cruises and ended up with more money than we started with.  I think they are so desparate for passengers, they are practically giving cruises away.

If you have played in the casino at all, call the following number and ask if they can do anything for you.
