Since we're on the Feb. 26th cruise on the Reflection, this makes me very happy.  Thanks for reporting this to us.  I sailed on the Summit in October and no masks were required of vaccinated guests.  We all felt safe and had no COVID reported while on board.

Will I be required to wear a mask onboard?

Effective for all sailings departing February 12, 2022 forward, masks will not be required onboard for vaccinated guests unless attending activities in the Theatre or Casino. Masks will continue to be required for unvaccinated guests, under 12 years old, at all times indoors except while eating or drinking.

They need to update the pdf at the Celebrity website.

Hallelujah, that is great news for upcoming cruisers 👍🏻 …though we just missed it (cruised B2B Silhouette January 14-February 4).

Just last Wednesday, my husband and I were being confronted for being unmasked on the Grand Foyer dance floor, after we jumped up from our seats/drinks to have a dance. There were exactly 3 couples total on the dance floor, all spread out. Guest Relations rushed up to us with a box of masks and said we must wear one. My husband tried to point out the inconsistency (multitudes of people just one deck above at Martini Bar unmasked), but they insisted.

On Thursday night last week, there was a mask patrol employee working her way through the Theatre to enforce masks, even DURING the Production Euphoria performance (which we thought was rude). As many of you know, the new typical theatre attendance was 10-15% and we were all spread out. The ‘patrol’ told us that as soon as we finished our drinks we MUST put our masks back on. My husband and I were ‘good maskers’ 95% of the time, but these extra enforcements seemed over the top!

Anyway, just so happy that these type of inconsistencies and confrontations are now over, and of course if anyone is still concerned or scared- they are welcome to continue wearing their mask.

[stepping down off soapbox, lol] 😀

We'll be getting our monies worth from our CBP in the theater. 😉

🤞That the new maskless  policy for vaccinated guests will be in effect in April. We cruised in Sept. and December -no masks! Then cancelled our March Princess cruise because of their Mack requirement and switched back to Celebrity - only to face a mask requirement. Hope the surge is over snd we can enjoy dancing in the Grand Foyer and sipping martini’s at the Martini  Bar without pulling our masks up snd down.

Take care! Stay Well!  Happy Cruising!

Good for them! We all can get careless, it is good that they are there to remind us to do the right thing.
