Has anyone ever not received the post crew survey?

I think this is the first cruise I’ve ever taken where I did not receive the post cruise survey. I got off reflection on Saturday and still have no survey. I seem to recall an alternative way to get to the survey, but maybe I was just making that up. Anybody know?

We had a B2B in October and only got the survey for the 2nd cruise.

We are currently on another B2B and a got the survey for the 1st cruise.

I got the survey from the first cruise, but the second cruise, no

We gad B2B in Sept. on EQ and no survey for either cruise. I did e mail X and they subsequently sent both. I wanted to comment on the great service and name names.

I’m just grateful that I don’t receive one after every phone call I make to Celebrity.

Wow.... on our last 2 B2B's we got the surveys for both cruises right about the time they zero out the ship.  Wondering if they are being flagged as junk mail.

I did receive a survey but  it was not much of a survey.  There was no opportunity to place comments about the Captain or other individuals.  Just general comments about the food, entertainment, etc.  Next time, I will leave my specific comments with Guest Relations.

YES. Booked direct thru Celebrity so they had my email. Not in spam.

Hi again Cruisestich, I did not get the survey until Monday. My friends (back with you onboard) got it Saturday afternoon.

So- I had to bring down the attention of the gods.This morning I got an email asking me to rate one of my calls. But since I have had several calls this week- one which began unpleasantly but improved when I rather sharply told the agent, who was telling me to just fill out the form if I had one, that they were there to answer questions and that it was their job. The others were all helpful. But I have no idea who was who.
