I got off reflection on Saturday and still have no survey. I seem to recall an alternative way to get to the survey, but maybe I was just making that up. Anybody know? There was no opportunity to place comments about the Captain or other individuals. So- I had to bring down the attention of the gods.This morning I got an email asking me to rate one of my calls. But since I have had several calls this week- one which began unpleasantly but improved when I rather sharply told the agent, who was telling me to just fill out the form if I had one, that they were there to answer questions and that it was their job.
