Haha...that is funny. I typed that whole thing once, proofed it and it never posted. So then second time I typed it I just hit submit. Vaxxed is one of those words that doesn't come up. Thanks for the laugh. I won't tell her. She may not think it's funny.

Friday Day 6
Hello all, Thank You for reading my live . Due to the fact I’m really tired this will be my last post.

Had cereal and danishes and coffee in my room for breakfast.

Packed all the items I don’t need for my final days ,

Decided to take a nap and that felt great.

I went to Playmakers and had a Blue Moon and their onion rings

I liked their onion rings, really good.

For dinner I went back to PortSide BBQ. I had the non lean brisket and corn 🌽. It’s so good and all their staff treats me like a Queen. I don’t have to stand at the counter to order, they actually come to the table and take my order .

Funny I’m kind of homesick, miss my Purple Hybrid mattress, my recliner chair and my DD. 
So to wrap my report up, if you have mobility issues I definitely recommend the Oasis of the seas. 
Now if you have a compromised immune system like myself, I can not recommend RCI due to the fact they do not enforce masks wearing on the unvaccinated.

Thank you all for your kind words and I hope everyone enjoys their upcoming cruises.

I will lurk around and post in the future when time permits.

Hi all, so got home Monday night.

Im exhausted, so happy to sleep in my own bed.

I had fun, but until I’m feeling better a vacation will be room service and cable tv in a nice local hotel .

I hope you all have great cruises and stay healthy. I will be here checking up on you all, since we are a community. 💕💕

Thank you for doing this post.....was very helpful, especially with mobility issues.  I will be going on Oasis soon so this was perfect.  One question....I noticed you said the room service menu is on TV.....do they still have the paper forms you fill out the night before & put outside your door if  you want to order the coffee & pastry for the morning, or is this all done on the app now?

Yes. they do still have them.  At least they did in late January.

The last count we heard (we were also on Oasis 3/6) was a final count somewhere around 3800. It felt crowded day 1 on the Promenade - due to a big line at Guest Services and people milling around and doing their "Muster 2.0 " (including us!).   Beyond that - it never felt that crowded.  We also stayed on board day 2 at Coco Cay - and enjoyed the VERY quiet Solarium!

Hi!  I think I remember you came by around when we had the Hometown Gifts and Meet & Mingle (11-11:30am)?  Or right after?  We ended up with a lot more people for that than I thought!  We had 24 gifts.... and I think around 40-50 people total.  We were there until 12-12:30 I think.

Yes - we had room service twice last week.  We had 4 blank swing tags in a drawer with the room service menu.  We did have a couple issues with items missing, though. The first time - it was just the sugar-free syrup my husband had requested for his pancakes.  The second time - they forgot more, including my scrambled eggs, my hash browns - and I only got 1 of the two sausage links!  We called down to room service - but after 45 minutes, they hadn't come - so we called to cancel (we had to leave for an excursion).  So my suggestion to those that get room service - and order from the "regular" menu (vs continental breakfast that is free) - is to double check the items you receive before the person that delivers it leaves!

Thanks. I am on the March 20th sailing, same itinerary. Up until a few days ago, Day 6 was lobster day in the app, but it just changed to Day 5. I wonder why.....I guess I will have to double-check once I board. I don't want to accidently miss it with a specialty restaurant.
