Logged into the P and O board and cannot leave

I am logged into the P and O board and cannot leave- keep pressing the ‘sign out’ button many times, even switched off phone for 3 hours and still logged in. Tried to find a help button but no luck, can you help or pass my message on. If it is any help it is only on my IPhone, can log in and out on my laptop. 
People do not respond unless you can make helpful suggestions.

Hi Andy as you say you cannot get help I have reported your post so Sharon or CC see it .

 

Have you tried uninstalling Cruise Critic app off your phone and do a hard clean up .

Try clearing cookies and site data for all cruisecritic.com (including boards.cruisecritic.com), cruisecritic.co.uk, and cruisecritic.com.au sites.

Whenever you wonder if you need help, always check this forum first. Most often CC Help Jenn, Senior Community Support Specialist, has already addressed the matter. Note the large amount of "How to..." pinned threads toward the top of this forum's first page.

 

However, in your case it might be your device or browser which is something that has been discussed on this forum many, many times. Here is one: How to: LOG OUT 

 

Often clearing your Cruise Critic cookies and Internet cache will clear up most difficulties. Also, some smaller screens need to be turned so all of the window can be seen properly. Perhaps something in the following will help:

There is no reason to sign out of Cruise Critic. I never sign out.

If you have a shortcut to open Cruise Critic in your mobile browser on your home screen deleting the shortcut will only delete the shortcut. It won't change anything in your browser. It won't change your cookies, your cache, preferences.

There is no need to sign out but users should be able to sign out.The problem is that the Cruise Critic software for mobile browsers that CC touted for as wonderful when they switched forum software as being better than the app they discontinued is broken. I believe the app was better but I think the mobile browser version could be fixed by the software developer. They could actually be working on it. In the meantime I don't think not being able to log out is a dealbreaker. I would find the log on issue  that some users have had to be annoying not this issue.
