Luggage stored for a late flight after debark

Celebrity usually offers a tour and airport drop off. We have done this and found it a good option. Your luggage is stored on the coach.

There are lots of other options like booking a day room in a hotel or booking a hire car for the day but  a tour and drop off is very easy…

Cannot advise re storage only options only as we have never done that…Perhaps if you are staying at a hotel pre cruise they would be willing to accommodate you?

We debark early, have late flight…….any advice as to where/how to have luggage kept secure for the day as we tour / visit FLL

Rent a car...then you'll be able to do everything on your time frame. Taxi Uber/Lyft to FLL and rent there. If you have a Costco membership price rental with them.

Howdy neighbor! 😎

You can pay to store your bags at FLL (near baggage claim) - then you are free to explore.

@tteettimes - the company is called Bags to Go (https://bagstogo.net/florida/product/fort-lauderdale-baggage-storage/) and is only open Friday thru Monday (which I think may be a post-covid change).  You can make a reservation on the website.

While storing your bags might work...Why not put that expense towards a car rental. Once you store your bags at FLL...then what...you'll need transportation !!

We are considering doing this. Royal only offers one post-cruise excursion (which we’ve done before), and it would still get us to the airport much earlier than we’d like.  I wish Royal would bring back their luggage valet service so we could explore baggage free.

We looked into this a few years ago..at the time several people mentioned having hire cars broken into when their luggage was on view!!

We decided to go with the disembarkation tour, so we and our luggage were safely delivered to the airport. We were there slightly earlier than we would have liked, but no mishaps.

Another time we used the luggage transfer to the airport where we only needed our hand luggage..this only worked…at the time..for domestic flights. Our luggage arrived safely in Phoenix where we continued our holiday. If we had knee flying home to UK, service is not available, unfortunately.
