Nope. That was part of the announcement that a TA had published somewhere (either here or on another forum). It's only the cash-based FCCs that are being extended.

Rare azbirdmom Posted September 17, 2022 #9 Share Posted September 17, 2022 This supports my statement above. The text below is from an email from Princess to agents yesterday that my TA shared: Future Cruise Credit expiration dates extended We have extended the expiration date of a number of FCCs that were due to expire at the end of 2022 as follows: · Cash-backed, non-refundable FCCs: FCCs issued during Cruise with Confidence will have their expiration date extended to Sep 30, 2023 · Cash-backed, refundable FCCs: Cash-backed refundable FCCs are extended to Dec 31, 2024. Note that we are happy to accommodate requests from any guests who want a refund on their cash-backed refundable FCC. · Bonus non-refundable FCCs issued during the pause in operations are not being extended and will expire Dec 31, 2022

I was quarantined for 6 days on a cruise which ended 5 Aug. So far I've heard nothing at all about entitlement to FCCs (I think some ships have issued a letter while still on board?) and do not know what this would be or whether it would extend to my other half. Can anyone enlighten me? TIA

This is also pretty confusing...... Glad they did it though.

Can anyone enlighten me? TIA Have you logged into Princess.com to see if they have already credited the FCCs to you? If so the expiration dates should be there. If they aren't shown you should probably contact Princess to find out the status of your FCCs. ETA: I just wanted to make sure that you've read the Cruise with Confidence info on the website. You are entitled to FCCs plus refunds for unused services. Here's the link to the entire section plus the applicable verbiage: https://www.princess.com/plan/cruise-with-confidence/covid-19-protection-program/ Which purchases are covered by the COVID-19 Protection Program? If you’re eligible, you will receive an FCC worth 100% of the cancellation fee for non-refundable unused services and a refund to the original form of payment for all taxes, fees, port expenses pre-paid onboard experiences and shore excursions purchased through Princess. If you booked restricted air, there may be a credit issued by the airline, which will become a separate Future Air Credit for that airline. Any balance not included in the air credit will be added to your FCC. If you miss cruise days, including time in onboard isolation or quarantine (as required by our onboard medical team), you will receive: an FCC worth 100% of the per-day cruise fare for the missed days a refundable credit to your onboard account for missed pre-paid onboard experiences and shore excursions a refundable credit for that portion of taxes, fees and port expenses for ports visited after disembarkation Edited September 17, 2022 by azbirdmom

No, the FCCs are not on My Princess. I had read the info on the website & I've been in contact with my Personal cruise specialist but he simply said it would take at least 6 weeks before head office dealt with this type of FCC which could be a bit of an issue if these FCCs expire by September 2023. I'm not holding my breath since our refundable OBC ( & that of 2 other couples) has not yet been refunded either
