neck better this morning.  Just got back from short walk with Jazzper ( per surgeon office im not suppose to walk the dog no leash use for awhile.  That Doent apply to me LOL.). 
 

ive been successful maintaining same wt for a year. 
 

Belle as much as you cruise I think staying the same is remarkable.  Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Go Figure! Need to get it off before next cruise in 12 days.

Yes, have another cruise. Free casino cruise, Slot Tournament. Didn't plan it just

happen. Couldn't say no. (like I wanted to--yes, I have said no to cruises through my tears)😄

Almost back & no longer fit into my faded jean skirt (old one not new one .... no idea if I'll fit into that). 

 

New goal : be able to zip it all the way up after a meal. And re-dye it medium denim

Hello!

 

I'm back at work after the summer off and I haven't had any time or energy for the internet. I don't think I've been here since the end of August. I've lost 2 lbs since then. It's less than I was hoping for, but it's still a loss so I'll take it! I just need to remind myself that if I continue to lose at this rate, by the time I board the ship in August next year, I'll be the size I want to be. 

 

I'm going to have a day off from dieting on Monday. It's the queen's funeral, everyone is home from school and work, so we're going to have afternoon tea and a wee dram (or two) of whisky while we watch the events of the day. Have a good week everyone.

I'm having a hard time not eating to much.  Is it because I'm going away soon?

Been good so far today.  Night snacks my downfall even if a good snack.

Happy Saturday to everyone.  I’m feeling great head and neck back to normal.  See surgeon on Monday.   I’ve been trying the different compression garments to find the most comfortable.  Able sleep in the bed.   I’m only walking JAZZPER  around the community pool. only on the leash while walking around one house to get to pool.  Then he’s off leash squirrel hunting.  He listens and doesn’t pull. 
 

Susan welcome home.  You’ll be back in shape in no time.

 

Ginger 2lbs is great. Your heading in the right direction.  I’ll also be watching the Queens final journey.  
 

I have a question for the b2b2b……cruisers. When you have free cruises do you  still have to pay port fees and taxes for each cruise?  I’m planning for the future.  No reason I can’t join the club living an hour from the Galveston. Of course won’t start until Jazzper crosses the rainbow bridge.

seeing the surgeon.

 

Yes, on free cruises each cruise you have to pay port taxes. Plus, insurance if you

buy it. If solo only pay port tax for one person, Insurance a little higher if solo and

depends on what the price of the cabin would have been.

Belle thanks for the info.   Doing B2Bs is on my bucket list for me when 75-80 (not an option as long as I have Jazzper - he brings such joy to my life) 

 

My life is perfect   - my house feels like a home with my son and our Russian friend.  Mentally clear and happy.  The healthiest I’ve been in  25 years.  Plethora of dog park friends and  lose before cruise friends.   Best post op course - still have drain which is  normal for me.  
 

Have a road trip to Arkansas next month  - then have  4 different cruises  from Nov - July.
