Has there been only one show in the theater every night?  All I see is one at 8pm on the above patter.

There's a backside to the Patter that shows the 2nd Production Show from 10:00 to 10:45.  This should be the same for the other Production Shows

LACruiser88:  would you happen to know who is the current dining room manager in Sabatini's?   Franco was the manager during our B2B in January.  We're hoping he'll be on board for the November 17th transatlantic.

Jan

Sorry, we have not been to Sabatini's yet.  We are attending the MTG luncheon tomorrow in Sabatini's, I'll see if I can find out.

Below is tomorrows patter, both sides.

Another warm and sunny day today in Katakolon.  It had to be close to 80 degrees.

We shared the port today with the Island Princess.  In the photo you can see the butcher job they did to the rear of the ship when they added the extra cabins.

Hey, don't knock our ship!  😉

At least we were docked and you had to tender!!

You know, the Island isn't a bad ship and quite intimate.  We are about 400+ short of a full ship, so 200+ under her old capacity.  Doesn't feel crowded at all.  I know it wasn't great for all of the changes (such as losing the aft lounge), but other things are good, like the forward Horizon with lots of open view windows, etc.

In addition to sharing the port today with the Island Princess, we also shared the port with a 3rd Princess related ship.....the 1984 launched (and christened by Princess Diana) Royal Princess now sailing for the German line Pheonix Reisen.

Our first Med cruise was on the old Royal.  It was a beautiful ship!

This afternoon we attended the MTG luncheon.  We had our photo taken with the Captain.  This was the first MTG  luncheon on the Regal, since the start-up, that officers sat with the guests.

Mima, the Guest Services Director, sat at our table.  She advised that the next voyage will have 300+ more passengers than the current voyage.  That will put the passenger count in the 2,700 range.  For the TA voyage, the passenger count is currently at 2,500+/-.

The cut-off for the luncheon was 429 sea days.  The food and service was outstanding.

We had the Citrus Gravlax Tartar and Pan-Seared Panko Coated Barramundi.

Tina and Ken it was nice meeting you!  As well as @chrysalis, who we met on the elevator on our way out.

The current manager in Sabatini's is Aryna.  She is a very personable and sweet lady.

We got letter last evening to submit our passport to guest services for Italy processing and will get it back on Nov 10.  I’ve never had this request before.  Anyone understand why?

We’re from the US and didn’t get this letter.

We received the letter.  We have experienced this on several other cruises.  We have never had an issue with the passports being returned.

I have had this often in the past.

It beats having all the passengers line up for passport processing.

We had that happen on our Med cruise.  We got it back when we disembarked in Egypt, they demand the original document!!  🙂

It started off a little cool this morning in Genoa, but it developed into another beautiful, sunny day.  It reached into the high 60's.

We spent the day walking and shopping in the old city center.  We walked from and back to the ship.  We ended up walking 10 miles today.

Amazing! I can't wait! Curious are you allowed to take food back on the ship with you from the markets?
