Celebrity Retreat Premium drinks package confusion

Hi we are considering our first cruise for our 40th wedding anniversary but we’re a little confused. We want to book the Spice tour on Celebrity Millennium out of Singapore in November 2023 and we want to book the Retreat in a Sky Suite.

We have read the following and are now confused.

We will have access to Luminae but apparently  it doesn’t include drinks, any drinks will have to be purchased despite having the premium drinks package and Luminae being exclusive to Retreat guests. Is this correct?

In the speciality restaurants can we use the drinks package or will we have to purchase drinks?

Can the drinks package be used in all of the other bars around the ship?

We understood that all gratuities were included as part of the “Always included”, however on the Celebrity website in the FAQ’s it says there is a 20% gratuity charge on the premium drinks package. Will we have to pay 20% for every drink we have?

Apologies if these same questions have been asked before.

Thanks in advance.

Drinks (up to the premium limit of approx $15) are included everywhere on the ship - bars/restaurants/specialty restaurants/Luminae.

If you order a drink over $15, you pay the difference, plus a 20% gratuity on the difference.

So if you buy a $16 drink, you will pay $1.20

If you buy a $20 drink, you pay $6.

Retreat Lounge and Luminae are exclusive to those staying in suites. (generally)

Enjoy.

Unlike other venues, there is no $15 limit on drinks in the Retreat Lounge. The staff will pour whatever you want in whatever quantity you would like--often more than you asked for.

within reason.

The 20% gratuity is included in the premium drinks package and you will not be charged any additional gratuity for any drinks under $15. Keeping that in mind I do tip the bartender in the Retreat Lounge extra at the end of the cruise for the great job they do for suites guests.
