Can you change all names in a reservation

Hi 

my friends are not longer going on a cruise and they are wondering if tjey can  give me the  reservation .  I know that I can change one name but I’m not sure about both

That was what I thought but when I re-read OP I don’t think the OP was sailing at all originally. So it was a cabin for two changing to a cabin for a new two guests. I thought they were just going to “shuffle” cabins!

 

So whilst “good to know” I don’t think it is relevant in this case!
