Boarding Times - Rome

We are on the Enchanted out of Rome in October. Our itinerary says the ship leaves at 7pm. What time does boarding usually start with a 7pm departure?

 

All other cruises we have been on were scheduled to leave at 4pm. 
 

Trying to schedule our hotel puck up time for embarkation day. 🛳️

What’s your boarding group times?  If they show up on the App yet?

 

I’d go about an hour before the first boarding group A. 
 

Someone on a recent one should be able to chime in….. If they let you into the terminal much before the first arrival groups.

You might check a Roll Call for a similar cruise...assuming that it has the same sail time.

We boarded the Regal this past October in Civitavecchia.  We boarded at noon and walked right on, no waiting.  We also departed at 7:00 pm.  I'm not sure what time they started boarding???

We boarded two different ships in Civitavecchia this past Fall.  Both times and locations (one was in the main spiffy terminal building and one was in a huge tented area), check-in opened around 10am and, as priority boarders, we were headed onto the ship first at 11am.  I would take those two times as targets they are working to.

For my booking - 1:00. Princess transfers from airport in Rome have meeting times from 8am to 11am

We have boarded twice at Civitavechia which is a little over an hour drive from central Rome in regular traffic.  Boarded once at 1130 hrs and the other about noon.  Seem to recall it was just about a very low traffic walk on after picking up our Medallions.
