Why are the sailings in Europe exactly the same every year?

Once you have done them all you are done. Please introduce more new ports and destinations. For example Egypt from Rome. Tunesia, Morocco. Different ports in Italy and Spain.

Just something different.

Time to rethink the gratuity program, Way to many opting out and the rest of us paying more per day. Bump up the cruise price and include the gratuities. Current program rewards those who opt out and punishes those that use the auto tips .

I would bet less than 1% opt out

Maybe in USA/Canada which has more of a tipping culture. In the rest of the world its not so readily understood that its part of the basic wages so more people will opt out and tip as they go.  Some parts of the world its already included in the basic fare

Can smaller ships return to Australia?

While Quantum and Ovation are beautiful ships, they are too large to dock at most of the South Pacific ports and this recent season has seen many cruises ending up being cruises to "nowhere" as conditions were unfavourable for tenders, leading to the cancellation of many port days.

Yes in Australia it is included in our cruise fare and there is no option to opt out, exactly for this reason.

With the continuing unrest in Haiti what are Royal Caribbean's plans for stops at Labadee?

The US, UK and Canadian have all issued do not travel warnings (as well as many other countries) and yet RC continues to stop there.

I appreciate the resort is private and secure, but it is lease (not owned) property and still part of Haiti.

Safety is a small concern, but there are other considerations; if I lose my passport, or fall and break my ankle on the island I won't have any consular or insurance support because I am travelling against FCO advice. Even if unrelated.

We are cruising this summer after not being able to cruise for almost 10 years.  We are sooo looking forward to it as we've missed it very much (just a great way to experience more places).  However, we've been reading many reviews of the new menu/food options and are concerned about eating in both the MDR and the Windjammer.  In our past cruises, the food had been very good.  Are there any plans to revamp or change the menus or, as someone mentioned above, have some standard items on the menu for those who only like meat/potato type meals?  Thank you!  We're hoping for the best as we still have several months before our cruise.

I'm also just curious....why do cabin prices change within one cruise?  I've been able to get price decreases since my original booking back in November, but the price of the cabin has changed each time. Are there specific factors that go into cabin pricing that make it frequently change (so you never know what the next pricing might be or why)?

Why not allow all countries in the world, instead of only certain markets, to get price drops before final payment and the option of refundable deposits. Also the price should be the same whichever country you live in, with small adjustments made for currency fluctuations

Why isn't Next Cruise given a real perk like an advance opportunity to book cruises?  How wonderful it would be to book a cruise that isn't already available online.  I truly imagine if Next Cruise was furnished with the next season's booking ahead of what dropped online....folks would flock there all cruise.

I noticed that in January 2025 the Odyssey of the Seas will be in Bayonne, NJ. Why would you put a ship without an indoor pool, in the winter, in NJ? A large group of us were ready to book until we realized that several days going and coming we will be stuck indoors!

i heard that on one of the ships you are installing a smoke free casino.  Is there a plan to do this on all of the ships and if so when.

Which Royal Caribbean ship has a non smoking casino please?

I would like to know why, in addition to the revamped menus, have they implemented a new rule seen on some (hopefully not all YET) ships of being able to only order 1 entree at a time in the MDR. To truly reduce the amount of time for a dinner service, let people continue to order 2 entrees simultaneously, not insist on serving them 1 after another. There are many folks who still enjoy a 2nd entree as a side dish to be enjoyed at the same time, not 1 after another.

What is the plan for the non-smoking casinos? I would love to see non-smoking casinos but I hope the plan on Oasis class ships is not to add a small non-smoking casino in the Jazz on 4 space and then make the the entire current casino smoking. If anything, it should be the other way around.

As a minimum keep the non-smoking side as is even if you add a separate non-smoking room. I don't see how the small space for the new non-smoking casino will allow for enough variety and quantity of slot machines - currently, on the non-smoking side of Oasis class ships, I still have problems finding a slot machine open that I wish to play during busy times. Please don't confine us to one small, separate room at the back as it will probably not be sucessful, nor a true test to see if non-smoking casinos are viable.

Has royal ever considered allwing passengers to prebook a preset number of shows and then the rest on board so at least everyone gets to prebook x number of shows?

For the ships that need them, booking shows can now be done about a month out in the planner/app.
