I wonder if someone else in another cabin left there door open affecting the rest of us????? Exact opposite for us. Our room is like an iceberg. Lesson learned from last 2 weeks in CP balcony. Your AC will not work unless your balcony door is completely closed, the handle locked down and THE LOCK ON THE DOOR (up top…) IS FULLY ENGAGED (pushed in). We had done everything but the last step but the AC never came on. When the maintenance guy came and showed us the lock (which we had never even noticed), we were embarrassed….but the AC worked like champ after that ! In fact, it was freezing in there even when the thermostat was cranked all the way to the right. In other news, we also had trouble with water temp in our CP balcony. Never did get that regulated. 2
