I'm not sure that the internet problem is Elon's issue or an Oasis problem. The service was pretty impressive on Odyssey.

Or replace the really old connectors they still have for wifi equipment on Oasis.  🙃

Something similar happened on Anthem.  I was at guest services with several others due to wifi issues.  They gave all in attendance a day's-worth credit.  They were also in touch with onboard IT.  The access points (and / or switches) were rebooted and things were so much better afterwards.

 

Some people geek out about an amazing uptime number, but really, reboot your equipment once in a while.  A bi-weekly or even monthly rolling reboot of the access points at 1am won't affect much.
