No More Veuve, No More Grey Goose

Well crap, you are right the latest premium plus doesn't list vueve, even though it does in the app. I signed up for the package because it does have Veuve for my wife. Wth, calling tomorrow to see what can be done. This is dumb

My husband also upgraded for me for the Veuve. 😢

I'm going to be unhappy on my December cruise because like Arrow's wife, Veuve is the reason I upgraded to the PPB package.

Veuve is still in the image for the Plus package, though no longer listed on the long list of drinks.

 

Grey Goose is listed under Plus.  Did it used to be included in the standard open bar?

I just chatted with an agent who said it's off the list and there's nothing I can do except try to remove the package. I asked for the supervisor's number but they gave me this:

 

 You would need to contact our Cruise Specialists at 1-866-234-7350 or 800-327-7030. They are open Monday - Friday 8 am-midnight EST and Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 9 pm.

Kinda angry about this...  I also upgraded for the higher end scotchs.  But for them to pull it just as I am about to go on my sailing on Monday.... Not happy

Arrow, maybe try calling the number they gave me in the above post and see if they will honor the list that was there at the time of your purchase.

@Arrow34 I wonder if the Jewel will still have Veuve? Wouldn’t they use up their supply that is already on board? You may be in luck…

Yes grey goose was in the regular premium beverage package before. The also removed Belvedere completely.

This is my 1st time upgrading - I hate cheap vodka and I love the Moet & Chandon Imperial Ice and Veuve. Sailing, guess when? May 1.  I also try to order the Moet for the room and I couldn't, but I could the Veuve but I didn't because I'd already upgraded. It's BS to change the deal after we have paid.

Just went o look, and headed to bed, at a quick glance, is the only champagne now only the plus and it's a, a .... a rose ..... so I missed it, please.

 

I guess we'll see how it plays out on board. IDK.

Also, my daughter won't be happy either .. unless they consider a frappuccino a coffee drink... but not a great feeling here.. I mean yes it's a coffee drink but it's listed separately on their website. 

She just decided to spend her hard-earned money on it last night. Paid.

Hi! My dad doesn’t smoke.  That was @MommaK2D2’s dad Mike.  I do drink whiskey though and I love the smell of cigars.  I have “smoke a cigar” on my bucket list but I don’t smoke.🤣

The Jewel has a champagne bar and Le Bistro usually has a sign advertising Veuve.

Usually read this stuff and think, ok but there's another choice. Looking at that list there is a choice at all for some categories. I know I am overreacting, but darn we paid for the Haven outright, we upgraded everything, they are getting a full price from on several cruises and I can't get a good vodka or glass of champagne. If there we decent alternatives... but there aren't. Ok - letting go for now lol.
