"We'll See You Soon!" email

Received an email this morning saying "We'll See You Soon!" and listing an onboard credit.

 

Then I looked at the sailing date and it was for this Sunday on Allure, two days away.  Only problem is that we don't have a reservation on Allure this Sunday.  Never did.  

 

What's going on?  Has anyone else received an email for a non-existent cruise?

Never got one, but we ARE leaving on Allure on Sunday and will use it for you 😉 if you'd like to share it.

Look for the Crown and Anchor points once the  cruise is completed 🙂

Do you use a travel agent?  Maybe your email address incorrectly got put on another's booking. 🤷‍♂️  I am pretty sure that RC checks that the guest name/DOB match the C&A number before the booking is confirmed, otherwise it throws up an error.  So that is probably not a possibility.

Try to find out if it is a fully paid cruise.  If it is, hop in the car, plane and enjoy.  LOL

Yes, that was the first thing I did.  I know my memory is not as good as it used to be but forgetting a cruise???  Anyway, it is not listed.  Next one is October.

What a disappointment.  Finding a bonus cruise would be nice, even at short notice.
