When i hit prime i never received anything for a tier cruise. I did receive a bunch of offers on club royale offers though.

Did you hit prime since March of this year? I think the offer fo r the free cruise comes after the year closes out.

I hit prime the last weekend of April of this year

The way that it was explained to me last month is that you'll get the free cruise when the current year closes out on Mar 31, 2024. You should have received an offer while on board, based on your play. That offer would be a limited offer for certain sailings, or can be redeemed for $500 off a different one.

Just got off the Independence and asked other gamblers if they were getting free offers.  Most of the ones I asked said “no” so I guess my cruising may be reduced.  I did get an offer from Celebrity and it has been over a year since my last sailing with them.  Best of luck and let’s hope the offers start up again.

We stopped getting offers starting last month, prior to that wife and I get multiple offers every month (I'm Signature,  she's Prime). With that said we currently have 4 open bookings on comp'd cruises between now to next March. I think they probably also stop sending you offers if you have a bunch booked already, combined with other factors such as most ships sailing full already.

I used to get an offer in the snail mail and email almost every month also. Now I have 2 offers on the royale casino web site and nothing in the mail recently. Have 6 of the casino comped cruises lined up for September through March of 2024.

My husband, me, and our son are all Prime. We get offers constantly, both online, and by mail. My husband and I typically combine offers when we book (two balconies equals a jr suite on at least some sailings). Does spending onboard in spa or for dining packages, or The Key get taken into consideration?  I don’t understand why others are not getting offers and we get them constantly. We have cruised twice in April, twice in May, once in June, and have upcoming comped cruises booked for September (2), October, February, and March so far

I think getting to the Signature level may be a mistake. I am receiving no offers and It a bit frustrating, as I was spoiled in the slow days.
I see the postings of people receiving offers, but zero for me.

I can understand your frustration.  If I had worked hard and achieved Signature and still not getting any offers, I would be very unhappy.  We are both Prime and we're getting no offers but being Signature would be worse.

My husband and I receive offers via e-mail (we're not real high gamblers) and every time we call to book a cruise (maybe an hour after receiving e-mail) we're told the casino offer has been all used up, and they do not offer any discounts on other cruises to make amends.  This has happened 3 times in the last month.  We've even talked to a supervisor out of frustration and they explain that offers are limited.  If that's the case, then don't send out e-mail offers in mass mailings if you cannot provide the what is offered to your guests.  We found a rate on a discounted cruise site that is cheaper than what was offered through the casino.

I am signature and my wife is prime.  We each get 1 or 2 offers a month.  Mine are JS or balcony and hers are OV or interior.  Since we travel with our Son (adult), I book a room for my Son & I and wife books a room for herself.  We then, once on board, we get a extra room key for each room and Son gets a single and I get to share my room with my wife.  When I book the rooms, I request the PCC to join the rooms together for dining and such.  When using cruise, all 3 of us show up for any excursions or other choices.

How often do you cruise? You will get more offers if you cruise more often. Cruising once or twice a year probably puts you outside the algorithm. FYI, the offers show up on the Club royal page several days before the mailings. So hopefully you are checking the website and not relying on mailings.

Not in our case. I'm Prime and DH is Signature and we take about 18 RCCL cruises per year. We get no offers. A friend cruised once a couple years ago and has many free cruise offers in her account at all times. Club Royale keeps telling us we don't qualify for offers!!!!!

We cruise between 2-4 times per month.  Haven’t had an offer since March.  Luckily we booked a bunch back when we were getting offers so we’re nearly booked solid through the end of the year.  After that though….not much.

That is interesting... maybe, similar to the other poster lovelife, you are cruising too much and that shuts off the flow of offers? Be nice someday if an ex-employee would come clean and explain all the parameters involved to get offers.

Well, that would take the cake. Give them your loyalty, cruise a lot, and gamble a bunch and you don't get the advantages of others who don't.  What a concept!!

But you do have offers at the end of each cruise based on your play that cruise, correct?

It is so so random these days. Me and DH sail monthly hardly any offers, DD (who spends way less in casino) gets more offers and better cabins. Go figure 🤷‍♀️

I actually get better offers from cruise lines I have not sailed with since pre pandemic

Indeed, since sailing Carnival a couple years ago DH gets three or four free cruise offers per week from them - but no thanks!
