Engagement Center phone?

Has this phone number changed? I am getting  general reservations when I dial what I thought was the Engagement Center. I was calling 316-554=5961. This office used to be in Wichita. Moved? Different number?

I have 844-418-6824, but I have found recently that most numbers end up with reservations.  I must admit I had a easy time getting a OBC problem solved through reservations on Friday.

It may be the time of day or Engagement Center's numbers are all busy.   I've even been flipped over to the general number when calling the Zenith Line.

Is there a customer engagement email address? Want to escalate a non awarded points issue that I’d been told by email would be sorted over a month ago . No further response from normal cust service email queries. Thanks

Call the CC phone number 1-800-760-0654. They have always been able to answer any questions I have regarding our reservations.
