We are sailing with a couple who don't cruise much and she wants to play Bingo.  I've never played on a ship so my question is - can you use OBC or do you need to bring cash?   Thanks

Princess still uses paper Bingo cards, so if she's got her own lucky dauber, encourage her to pack it! (They do sell daubers onboard, but I can't guarantee how lucky those might be. 😉)

Thank  you so much!!  that's what I was hoping for. We'll have lots of OBC so I wanted to use that😀

@pugbeary...note that they also provide electronic tablets if you don't want to go the paper card route.  They sell packages of multi games and if you are using a tablet (which is what I generally do) it is very easy to keep up with all of the "cards" you are playing..

No Cash. Charged to the on board account of the individual purchasing the paper or electronic cards and nets against any credit balance (OBC).

It is all automatic. A computer selects the numbers.  At the end each card has an ID number and the staff knows immediately if a person won just by checking the card reference number.

Fortuna Luck is the best thing about Princess Bingo besides winning.  Most players like how she livens up the games.  Of course Bingo does draw old fuddy duddies too.

People forget there's a real live person inside that costume. Get to know who's behind the character and you'll find some really nice young ladies who are pretty much all aspiring actresses who have a decent character-acting gig that pays the bills. A few times we've been somewhere on the ship and we're approached by someone who is vaguely familiar and are happy to realize it's Fortuna off-duty.

So true, and the same for the Pirate Queen at the Casino. They are very sweet people.
