vwrestler171 Posted August 14, 2023 #8 Share Posted August 14, 2023 People still use Fax? My company stopped using it years ago. Am surprised its still an option for Carnival. 1
pinto18 Posted August 15, 2023 #9 Share Posted August 15, 2023 It seems like they used to only use fax. Or mailing it maybe. It is so much easier now!

While that email works, it slows down the process since that's the incorrect email to use. It just gets forwarded to the correct department email, which is shareholders@carnival.com

johnboy036 Posted August 16, 2023 #14 Share Posted August 16, 2023 I put in a request for my cruise next summer to shareholders email this Monday and received my email back today with my OBC in less than 24 hours. Fastest turnaround I’ve ever had.
CruizinSusan70 Posted August 16, 2023 #15 Share Posted August 16, 2023 I sent our next 5 cruises in for approval back in May or June via fax for sailings between 9/2023 and 5/2024. Got rejected for the first time. Sent them in again a few weeks later, got rejected a second time. Waited a few more weeks and sent them in via email. Got approved in 36 hours. And this was on slightly discounted rates from my TA, not heavily discounted gambler rates that sometimes get approved.

crazy4themouse Posted August 17, 2023 #21 Share Posted August 17, 2023 They must be fully staffed at Carnival these days... It used to take weeks if not longer to get a response back, but this time I sent my statement via email late morning today and had the OBC issued by the time lunch was over!
