Xpress pass drink code wrong

My Xpress passes show the CLL code, but we are in a suite and thus have the Premium drinks included. Does it really make any difference what code is on the Xpress pass as this is just to get on board? Wouldn't my proper drinks package show on my suite seapass card anyway? I hope not to have to call my TA about getting corrected if it is not necessary.

yes it needs to be changed.  We had that happen once but it was fixed immediately when my reservation was checked.   Staff cannot give you premium if your card says classic

I am having a similar issue but we are on aqua…I upgraded both our beverage and Wi-Fi to premium during the last sale…I just did on line check in this week and mine says both PALL and CALL in that order and my husband says the reverse….

I have my TA looking into it…I would like to avoid standing in line at guest services..if at all possible…

As long as you got into the suite by booking it directly, rather than booking something else and then winning a 'Move-Up' bid, or via a Casino comp. etc. then it is a trivial thing to get fixed by the Retreat once onboard, if indeed it is actually wrong on your Seapass card, which it may not be...

It says CALL and PALL  as you had the Classic and upgraded to Premium and it doesn’t matter which is listed first.   No need for your TA to sit on hold.

And what would happen if I purchase a drink package AFTER my online check in?

 

I've just checked in using the app (my cruise is in October), but I'm planning to purchase a drink package this weekend. Is the Xpress Pass updated automatically?

It will indeed make a difference.    Some in Suites do not have Premium Drink Packages -  e.g. those upgraded and some on the Blue Chip Club.  

 

The Hosts in the Retreat have a machine and will print you a new car -  If you order before having it corrected and charged they will also reverse the transactions for you.

If you go back in a few days after upgrading then the Xpress should be updated.
