You should be able to book your dining NOW. However, it seems their programming is affecting many who are trying to book MDR or SD at this time. We are booked for late June on Discovery. My SIL was trying to book the 360 Experience and received a similar error. It didn't work on the app and the website tells you to go to the app to book. She called in to Princess and they told her that all dining reservations were unable to be completed until June, but they didn't give her a date in June. If I were traveling next month, I’d call my TA/CVP and see if they could help. Probably not, but at least they could report it. Try again after June 17th, if your cruise is after this date. If unable, then for a SD, book it once OB, call the dine line from your cabin phone. Hopefully, you’ve already made your MDR reservations. She was trying to book for her family more recently and discovered this issue. At least everyone is having this issue and hopefully she can book it before it gets sold out. I filled in all my details and ordered the medallion on the 'web version' as though I didn't have a comparable phone. I deleted the app from my phone and left it a couple of days. I tried it twice before attempting to sign in using my user ID & password…got this error message. Tried using one of my booking numbers with my DOB…success & can see both booked cruises. Closed & restarted the app which opened however it now opens my furthest out cruise & have to manually switch to my next cruise. But, it comes back up the day before your cruise. So, check it again tmrw. If you didn’t do the update, you can try that first. Open the App in your App search and see if you have an update button. It opens to say I have 19 Days Until Embarkation. If you click on your profile you will see your loyalty level. You don't really "see" your the specialty dinners. If you try to book and it works, your balance will be zero.
