Definitely at the entrance to the buffet and usually in the back. But this is where that lido deck room comes in handy. I never have to worry about public facilities up there.

Yep, on deck 16 - it was very convenient to zip over there when we were at RFT for "just one more" and ending up staying for hours. 😂
