HAL sent email survey to people who have been on a cruise 24+ days

I got the email today. Many questions about why I look the cruise, how many did I take, did I like 

a new ship or a smaller ship, would I take the cruise if it involved a long international flight, etc.

It asked if I wanted to go to new destinations or if I preferred visiting places I had been to before.

Another question asked was how many consecutive ports I would prefer before a sea day. It was multiple choice.

My husband and I both got one as well.

I got the survey as well but have never been on a cruise over 17 days.  Do have two bookings though - one for 28 days and one for 35 days.

@BetsyS. my answer was 3.  3 consecutive ports before a sea day.

This was actually a follow-on survey for me.  A few months ago I got a survey probing our interest in longer cruises with questions about specific itineraries.

The wording on this one referenced "Previous Questionaire" and thanked me for my input. I never got the other one! And I do check and empty my spam at least weekly. But I filled out this one honestly!

Same here.  I do remember the earlier survey, mostly because I've never gotten any of the surveys that people post about getting.  Now I've had 2.

I got the survey this morning as well.  I was asked to video tape my responses to three questions…….never have had a survey that asked that required that!

I had to option to opt out of the video responses on my survey.

This current survey was a mass mailing to those who previously did one and those who didn’t. So I guess we are all special to HAL in our own special way.

Probably because if one was doing it in a video it would be a more honest response.   Just typing on internet, one gets a feeling of anonymity  and may not feel accountable for what is said,  just my thoughts
